Q: Where is your company located?

A: Our headquarters is in Hangzhou, China, where our sales and logistics team operates. Our manufacturing facilities are in Anping, Hebei — the world's leading wire mesh production cluster.

Q: How many years of experience do you have?

A: We have 20 years of manufacturing experience in the wire mesh industry, supplying clients across 30+ countries.

Q: What product categories do you offer?

A: We specialize in three product lines: mining screen mesh (65Mn steel, PU, rubber, stainless steel), gabion mesh (hexagonal wire mesh, welded panels, reno mattresses) and epoxy coated wire mesh (insect screens, security mesh, filter mesh, decorative mesh).

Q: What are your standard panel sizes?

A: Panel sizes vary by product type. Please contact us with your requirements and we will confirm availability. Custom sizes are also available.

Q: Can you produce custom aperture sizes and wire diameters?

A: Yes. We can manufacture according to your specifications — aperture size, wire diameter, panel dimensions, material grade and surface finish. Share your drawing or specification sheet and we will confirm feasibility.

Q: What materials do you use for mining screen mesh?

A: We offer 65Mn spring steel (crimped woven), polyurethane (PU), rubber and stainless steel screen mesh. Each material is selected based on the application — impact resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance or screening precision.

Q: What coating options are available for gabion mesh?

A: We supply galvanized steel (hot-dip galvanized) and Galfan coating (zinc-aluminum alloy) for gabion mesh. Both provide corrosion resistance for outdoor and underwater applications.

Q: What colors are available for epoxy coated wire mesh?

A: Epoxy coating is available in multiple colors including black, white, grey, green and bronze. The coating is fusion-bonded for adhesion and corrosion resistance.

Q: How do you control product quality?

A: We follow a three-stage inspection process — raw material verification, in-process inspection and final inspection before shipment. Our core focus is on raw material control, ensuring incoming wire meets the required specification before production starts.

Q: Do you provide test reports or certificates?

A: Mill certificates for raw materials are documented and available. For independent testing — including tensile strength, salt spray corrosion and chemical composition analysis — we arrange third-party inspection through SGS, BV or Intertek as requested.

Q: What standards do your products comply with?

A: Our products are manufactured to applicable Chinese national standards (GB/T, YB/T, JB/T), US standards (ASTM) and European standards (EN). See our Standards page for the full list.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: We accept orders from sample quantities to full container loads. Small sample orders are welcome for quality evaluation before bulk ordering.

Q: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

A: Yes. Samples are available free of charge. You only pay for the shipping cost (international air freight). Contact us with the product details and we will arrange a sample.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C (letter of credit). Payment terms are discussed at the time of quotation.

Q: How do I get a quotation?

A: Send us your specifications — aperture size, wire diameter, panel dimensions, material, quantity and destination port. We will respond within 24 hours with FOB, CIF or DDP pricing.

Q: What is your typical response time?

A: We reply to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

—— Shipping & Delivery

Q: How do you ship orders?

A: It depends on the order type:

- Stock products are dispatched from our Hangzhou warehouse via Ningbo Port or Shanghai Port

- Custom orders are shipped directly from our Anping production facilities via Tianjin Port

- DDP (door-to-door) shipping is available with full customs clearance, all duties and taxes included, through formal customs channels

Q: What is the lead time?

A: Production is scheduled promptly upon order confirmation. The timeline depends on the product type, quantity and customization level. We assign a dedicated contact person who provides progress updates throughout production.

Q: Do you offer DDP shipping?

A: Yes. We offer formal DDP shipping — door-to-door delivery with full customs clearance, all duties and taxes included, shipped through standard customs channels.

Q: Which ports do you ship from?

A: For stock products: Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port (near Hangzhou). For custom orders from our Anping facility: Tianjin Port.

Q: Can I track my order during production?

A: Yes. Every order has a dedicated contact person who keeps you updated on production progress from order confirmation to shipment.
