Hangzhou Vertical Cross Metals Co., Ltd. is a specialized wire mesh supplier headquartered in Hangzhou, China, with our manufacturing base in Anping, Hebei — the world’s foremost wire mesh production cluster.

This dual-location structure defines our advantage. Our Anping operations draw on decades of accumulated manufacturing expertise in the region, with dedicated production facilities for each of our three product lines — mining screen mesh, gabion mesh and epoxy coated wire mesh — housed in separate specialized workshops. Our Hangzhou headquarters serves as the commercial and operational center, where our sales, marketing and logistics teams manage international trade. Our Products

We manufacture three main product lines:

—— Mining Screen Mesh

Crimped woven wire mesh in 65Mn spring steel, polyurethane screen panels, rubber screen panels and stainless steel screen mesh. Used in vibrating screens, quarry crushers, mineral processing and aggregate grading. Aperture sizes from 0.5mm to 150mm.

—— Gabion Mesh

Hexagonal double-twisted wire mesh, welded gabion panels and reno mattresses in galvanized steel and Galfan coating. Used for retaining walls, slope protection, riverbank stabilization and erosion control. Compliant with ASTM A975 and EN 10223-3 standards.

—— Epoxy Coated Wire Mesh

Epoxy coated insect screens, security mesh, filter support mesh and decorative mesh. Fusion-bonded epoxy coating for corrosion resistance, available in various colors and mesh specifications. Suitable for window screens, industrial filtration and architectural applications.

Our Factory & Logistics

We operate multiple specialized production workshops in Anping, Hebei — the heart of China’s wire mesh industry. Each product line has its own dedicated facility, equipped with:

• Automatic weaving looms for hexagonal wire mesh and crimped woven screens

• Hydraulic cutting machines for precision panel sizing

• Edge folding equipment for clean hemmed panel edges

• Hydraulic compression presses for compact bundling and safe shipping

• Hot-dip galvanizing and epoxy powder coating production lines

• Full in-house tooling and mold making for custom specifications

In addition to our Hebei manufacturing base, we maintain a warehousing and distribution center in Hangzhou, stocked with standard-size products for quick delivery. This dual-location logistics setup allows us to optimize shipping:

• Standard and stock products: dispatched from our Hangzhou warehouse via Ningbo Port or Shanghai Port — both within 2 hours’ drive

• Custom and bulk orders: shipped directly from our Anping production facilities via Tianjin Port, the major seaport serving northern China

This arrangement reduces transit time and freight cost depending on order type and destination, giving our clients flexible and efficient shipping options.

Quality Control

Every batch undergoes multi-stage inspection to ensure consistency:

• Raw material inspection: incoming wire is verified against customer specifications for diameter, tensile strength and coating weight, with mill certificates reviewed and documented

• In-process inspection: aperture tolerance, weave uniformity and edge folding precision are checked throughout production

• Final inspection: dimensional accuracy, mesh count, coating adhesion and packaging integrity are confirmed before shipment

Our core strength is rigorous raw material control. By verifying that incoming wire meets the required grade and specification at the start, we eliminate most quality issues before production begins.

For independent verification — including tensile strength testing, salt spray corrosion testing and chemical composition analysis — we work with qualified third-party inspection agencies such as SGS, BV or Intertek, arranged according to customer requirements. This gives our clients an objective assessment from a recognized independent laboratory.
